They are all studios, all with a private bathroom and their own entrance. The difference is character — and one or two things only one of them has.

The location
Halfway between Zagreb's main square and the central train station
That is the whole point of Petrinjska. You can walk to your train with a suitcase, and walk back from dinner on the main square, without either being a trek. Zrinjevac — the prettiest park in the city centre — is closer still.

Questions guests ask before booking
Can I book all three studios for one group?
Yes — and it is the best reason to contact us directly. All three are in the same building, so a group of friends or two families can take the lot and still have separate front doors and separate bathrooms. Email us with your dates rather than booking the three listings separately, and we will hold them together.
Which Woody studio has a washing machine?
Only Woody 2. It is built in under the kitchen worktop. If you are staying more than a few days, that is usually the one to pick.
Is there a lift in the building?
Yes. It is a small original wood-panelled lift that takes up to five people — characterful rather than modern, but it means you are not carrying a suitcase up the stairs.
How far is it to Ban Jelačić Square and the train station?
About eight minutes on foot to each. Petrinjska 51 sits almost exactly midway between the two, which is unusual — most central apartments are close to one or the other, not both. Zrinjevac park is about four minutes away.
Do the studios have a bathtub?
No. Each studio has its own bathroom with a shower, basin and WC. If a bath matters to you, this is not the right stay.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
How many people does each studio sleep?
Woody 1 and Woody 2 each have a double bed and sleep two. Woody 3 has a bed that is made up as a single and pulls out to a full double, so it works for one guest or two.
